LASR Strike Team Credential Program

The credential to be issued to qualified LASR Pilots that are not already credentialed will be as an Emergency Response Official (Volunteer). This IS NOT a first responder credential. This credential will allow LASR Pilots to request access inside an incident perimeter, move to and from the Operations Section Command Post to assigned LASR Operations areas, and to have typed resource assignments. FEMA Region 4 is coordinating the working groups that are developing the position descriptions and typed resource definitions. Once these are established, the LASR Strike Team Training Standards can be circulated for comment and consideration.
